Second time of asking… this lovely Rally 200 is just about ready for its owner following its second restoration! The owner brought it in following its recent professional restoration elsewhere. Worryingly it had to be re-done from scratch; one of the worst faults was its badly bent frame..!!

I visited Retrospective Scooters and The London Scooter Bodyshop today at their joint premises in Walthamstow, London E17 to photograph an interesting Vespa Restrospective owner Niall had told me about over the phone. While there, naturally I photographed anything else that caught my eye, currently passing through the workshops…

..before eventually being sold in 1970. It was sent over to Eddy Grimstead and given the ‘Hurricane’ treatment. Now in candy apple flip paint, the owner intends to repeat this ‘80s paint scheme..
