Vespa P-Range photographed on 35mm film by Paul Hart - London, September 2009
I had a look today at replies to the recent questionnaire that went out, where VVC members were asked to respond to various questions on how the club is run and its current state etc. When it came to the Journal I noted there was a wish from some members to see more features on the P-Range/PX/PK/Cosa models. As editor I’d be happy to include more on these later classic models in the club magazine - in fact I recently photographed on film a very nice and rare, 1983 original PK125 S Automatica Elestart and just the other day, a very well kept 1983 original paint P125e. Last year I even photographed a silver Cosa.
While I’m all for this, I really need some words from members on these models. I will happily publish the photos I took in the magazine but without words they are just pretty pictures! I have something in the pipeline regarding the PK but would love to hear from P-Range, PX and Cosa owners - have you got a resto story you can send me, an engine upgrade tale, or touring travelogue perhaps… please email me at vespamore@hotmail.co.uk and hopefully we can give more page space to these Vespas.
