Dropped my scooter in this week for a service at Retrospective Scootersprior to commuting to work by Vespa from April; a good idea to get it given a good once over before getting back in the saddle.

Bamburgh, the last VVC rally of 2019, was by all accounts very popular with those who attended. We have two reports of this event; the first comes from the hand of non other than C. Spavento.

I photographed this beautiful second series GS160 towards the end of March, earlier in the year. I don't go overboard for Mod scooters but I really liked the subtle acknowledgment of this Vespa to that period.
I photographed this very early Douglas Rod Model at the beginning of the year in January, at the new premises of Wessex Scooters, located between Newbury and Reading in Berkshire.
